All products come with 12 months manufacturers’ replacement warranty.

When a part is returned for warranty consideration a return authorization reference number is required We may need to forward to you a manufacturer’s warranty form for you to provide the necessary details, that will allow your claim to be processed. We will not confirm acceptance of any warranty claim until the product has been received by us and inspected.
If there is a fault with your product within the manufacturers guarantee period we will normally offer a prompt repair service. You will have the option of an exchange or a refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of receipt of the product.
Warranty will exclude product failures caused by :-
Abuse, Accidental Damage, Misuse, Negligence, Improper Application, Installation or Operation. A warranty claim needs to be made within 10 days of identifying a defect and within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Warranty claims are linked to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
SECTION 7 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

SECTION 8 – EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms of service if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with, this Agreement. Where the Customer is acting as a Consumer, nothing in our this Contract is intended to exclude or limit the Customers rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any other applicable statutory rights.
